At AashStones, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Customized or made-to-order jewellery may take additional time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Timelines

• Standard delivery within India: 5–7 business days.
• Express delivery (where available): 2–4 business days.
• International delivery: 10–15 business days (may vary based on destination and customs clearance).

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, unforeseen events, or high-order volumes.

3. Shipping Charges

• A nominal fee will apply for orders below the minimum value or for express delivery.
• International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the courier partner details and tracking ID.
• You can track your order in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts.
• If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or unavailability, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping & Customs

• International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes as per the destination country’s laws. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• AashStones is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

• If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect/missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will resolve the issue promptly.
