Refund & Cancellation Policy – AashStones
At AashStones, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Customized or personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging with tags intact
- Accompanied by the purchase invoice
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible only for size or design issues (where applicable).
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider.
