Refund & Cancellation Policy – AashStones

At AashStones, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging with tags intact
  • Accompanied by the purchase invoice

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible only for size or design issues (where applicable).
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider.
